About the Program

The ESports & More program at Metropolitan Transitional Academy is designed to engage students through competitive gaming while building critical academic and career-ready skills. ESports is no longer just entertainment — it is a multi-billion dollar industry with career opportunities in game design, broadcasting, marketing, event management, coaching, and technology.

Our program integrates ESports into MTA's core curriculum, giving students a structured environment to compete, collaborate, and develop the digital skills employers demand. Students participate in organized competitions, team-based play, and technology education — all while earning academic credit.

The program is open to all MTA students and is available at both our Florida and South Carolina locations.
